Bala Ganapathi. The eyes are generally not painted until the customer comes to take Ganesha. At that time, artist paints the eyes symbolising "opening of the eye" (birth of Ganesha). This artist doesnt use moulds and a real "artist". By immersing Ganesha at the end of the festival, we make sure that artists and art are encouraged every year !!
